This Store Policy applies to all purchases made through Kranay LLC (“Kranay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including digital products, memberships, subscriptions, and services offered under Kranay-branded platforms such as Kranay Academy. By placing an order or completing a purchase, you agree to this store policy.

Digital Product Delivery & Access

Kranay primarily offers digital products and digital services. After successful payment, digital products are delivered electronically via download links, email delivery, or access through an account dashboard, as described at checkout. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated in the product listing. Some products or services may require account creation or login to access.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Certain services, including Kranay Academy, may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize Kranay to charge the subscription fee and any applicable taxes on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Membership benefits, content, pricing, and access may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds or prorated credits for unused time.

Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Kranay does not store full payment card details. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for purchases, subscriptions, and any applicable taxes or fees.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products, memberships, subscriptions, or downloadable content. Refunds may be issued only for duplicate charges or verified technical billing errors, and only at Kranay’s sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted promptly by emailing info@kranay.com with relevant order details.

Access Issues, Order Errors, and Technical Support

If you experience an issue receiving or accessing a purchase, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified access or delivery issues. Failure to read the product description, device or software incompatibility, or user error does not qualify for a refund.

Promotions, Discounts, and Pricing Changes

Promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers may be modified or ended at any time and are not applied retroactively. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion may be used per transaction. Prices and offerings may change without notice.

Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All content sold or displayed through Kranay including digital products, templates, trackers, downloads, educational materials, branding, text, and graphics—is owned by Kranay LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post any Kranay content unless expressly permitted in writing. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

Account Responsibility

If a purchase requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted under your account. Kranay is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account information.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Kranay does not guarantee specific outcomes, including scholarship awards, financial aid approval, academic results, or measurable benefits from using our products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kranay LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to any purchase or use of our services.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase with Kranay LLC, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for digital products, memberships, subscriptions, or services delivered as described. Due to the immediate access provided for digital content, chargebacks are considered a violation of this store policy when initiated without first contacting Kranay for resolution.

If you believe a charge was made in error or you experienced a technical issue, you must contact info@kranay.com prior to filing a dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing concerns in good faith.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access to purchased products or memberships

  • Termination of your account

  • Restriction from future purchases

  • Submission of transaction evidence (including download access logs, IP addresses, timestamps, and communication records) to the payment processor to contest the dispute

This provision is intended to protect Kranay LLC from misuse of digital goods while ensuring fair resolution for legitimate customer concerns.

Price Matching Policy (Official Kranay Storefronts Only)

Price Matching Eligibility

Kranay offers price matching across select official Kranay storefronts. If you purchase a digital product and find the same product listed for a lower price on another verified Kranay storefront, we will match the price, subject to the terms below Price matching applies only to Kranay’s verified storefronts on: Etsy, Gumroad, and Creative Market. Price matching does not apply to third-party sellers, resellers, or unauthorized listings.

Requirements

To qualify, the product must be identical in content, format, and included rights. The lower-priced listing must be publicly available at the time of the request, and the request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.

Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to custom or personalized products, flash sales, discount codes, limited-time promotions, bundles, membership-exclusive pricing, or any offer not publicly available.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, email support@kranay.com with the product name, proof of purchase, a direct link to the lower-priced listing, and a screenshot if needed for clarity. If approved, we will provide either a refund of the price difference or store credit, at our discretion. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Changes to Kranay Policy

We may update this store policy to reflect changes in our offerings, operations, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued purchases after an update constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
